For my first steps I conducted User research, created Persona, defined Problem statements, created Competitive audit and Ideation process.
For method for my user research, I chose unmoderated usability study a questionnaire to evaluate customer feedback in United States, remote.
For my second steps I created Digital wireframes, and Low-fidelity prototype and conducted Usability studies.
After ideating and drafting some paper wireframes, I created the initial designs for the First Aid app. These designs focused on providing instant access to information on how to handle the most common first aid situations.
For digital wireframes and low-fidelity prototype I used Figma.
