User-friendly update for CUNY first
CUNY first is a valuable resource where CUNY students can navigate any CUNY campuses with ease as they pursue their higher education goals. It also provides faculty and staff with access to technologies that facilitate their workflows.

The purpose of updating CUNY first is that after conducting surveys and qualitative researches, students find the site is not fully developed for users. Main problems are a lot of unnecessary information, and the system should be more simplified. After brainstorming and looking at different ideas, one of the best options was to create a menu in the form of icons.

Yes, the project was successful as I aimed to provide users with an accessible application for quick access to pursue their higher education goals and student services.
What did I learn?
I understood that students need easy access to their educational services without getting confused or frustrated.
